Return and Exchange Policy for Abayas:
• *Return Policy* as outlined in Article Thirteen of the (Consumer Rights Protection) from the Ministry of Commerce.
• The customer has the right to request a return if the received product does not match the website or the specifications listed on the product page.
• No returns are accepted if the customer chooses an incorrect size. (However, an exchange of the abaya is available within the specified exchange period.)
• Products made upon the consumer's request or according to specifications set by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
• If there is a defect in the item, you must contact us immediately after receipt within 24 hours with a video proof of the defect in the abaya.
• If this period is exceeded or the abaya is used or the customer does not provide proof of the defect, the store will not be responsible, and no compensation or return will be made.
• Due to the nature of abaya manufacturing, which relies on fabrics and threads, some loose threads may appear slightly; this is normal and does not affect the quality or use of the product. They can be easily cut and are not considered manufacturing defects.
• If we approve the return and issue a return shipment, the returned abaya will be received within a maximum of 48 hours.
• The order amount will be refunded to the customer after the abaya reaches the store.
Exchange Policy:
• The customer has the right to exchange the item or get a refund if it is defective from our side.
• The abaya must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and not modified.
• In case of an exchange request, you must contact us immediately after receipt within 24 hours and specify the reason for the exchange.
• We offer alteration services if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (we bear the shipping costs).
• If the customer made a mistake in choosing the size, free exchange is allowed; the customer only bears the shipping cost (excluding modified abayas and custom sizes).
• If the modifications are not carried out as required, this does not constitute a valid reason for return or exchange.
• Exchange service is not available for international orders in case of customer error.
• If the abaya arrives with accessories such as the hijab or headpiece and shows any minor note, this does not qualify for exchange or return. The issue will be fully resolved by the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
